i’ve been a bit out of commission the last several days due to a nasty cold. but i thought i’d throw in a picture of my macy. she’s much more shy about being in front of a camera than our other dog, kirkwood, so it’s a rare occasion when i catch her looking. nevermind the sun glare.
spring hasn’t stopped showing its pretty little face, yet! i continue to be in awe of its beauty. keep it coming!
spring has finally sprung in our backyard. thankful for the green and the beautiful flowers, finally ridding us of the seemingly extra long winter.

what’s happier than a children’s birthday party? hehe. i love this photo, mostly because of the moment that was caught. seconds after the 2 older girls blew out their candles, they look down to their younger sister who was apprently traumatized by the idea of blowing out her own candle. happy birthday to my 3 adorable nieces!
